I graduated with an education degree from St. Norbert College, followed by a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University. I had 22 years of leadership and teaching experience in public schools. I am also trained in Trauma Based Relational Interventions and Crisis Prevention Institute training.
In my position as a case manager, I meet the guest in the moment. As a collaborative effort, we meet to identify the next steps for forward-moving action steps. This approach makes case management meaningful for each individual guest while allowing for them to be successful. I am passionate about helping all people reach their own potentials and fulfill the why in their own lives.
When I am not at work, you will see me being the dad of ten children. Being the best dad of ten children comes with sacrificial love to support them to help them grow for the future.
