Director of Facilities — Rob Frazier

Rob Frazier’s background has been in the business world of Transportation and Logistics. For the last 30 years, he has been managing transportation professionals and starting new businesses. Most recently with Roehl Logistics, Schneider National and M2 Logistics. Frazier has 28 years of commissioned officer service in the US Air Force and Air Force Reserves. He retired from military service as a Lt Colonel where he served as a B-52 instructor and evaluator pilot in addition to multiple staff positions.

In his position as Associate Executive Director (one that he was promoted to in September of 2021) after serving as Project Manager, Frazier has the opportunity to use his skills and passion for seeing all internal operations and programming. He enjoys all phases of working with staff and guests, while seeing projects to completion from planning to final inspection. He loves to help everyone make themselves better by challenging and mentoring and achieving personal goals. Frazier is passionate about doing the work of Jesus and making others better than they were yesterday.

When he is not at work he likes to spend time with his awesome wife and amazing family. Frazier has three incredible children and seven grandchildren that round out his family. His personal hobbies are spending time hunting and fishing and working the yard.
