Women’s Case Manager — Courtney Mabie

I am passionate about serving those who are viewed as the least of these, and coming alongside to help them recognize the value they are inherently given. One parable that drives my passion is the parable of the good Samaritan, and it is my goal to look more and more like that man and Jesus every day.

I have a strong background in servant leadership, with the majority of my past experiences spent serving the populations otherwise forgotten, or living in broken systems. My most recent time was spent in Los Angeles, CA serving as part of the Dream Center Leadership School. While in LA, I served Skid Row, different housing project sites, men and women in a recovery transitional program, homeless families and families facing foster care. I spent 6 out of 7 days a week serving in some outreach capacity in the city. Currently, I am working towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Services at Grace Christian University. It is my vision to plant a facility that helps individuals in transition whether transitioning from addiction, abuse or homelessness through a long-term transitioning facility, that can meet an exponential amount of needs here in Green Bay.

When I am not at work, I like to spend time with friends and family, as well as my cats Georgia and Barnie. Also, I am a coffee connoisseur, so you may find me at one of the local coffee shops in town, with my favorites being Copper State and The Exchange. Lastly, my faith is very important to me, so you can find me in fellowship or at the local church.
