Volunteer Coordinator — Brooke Graham, CVA

I am passionate about people and developing relationships that encourage and affirm. I love connecting people to areas of service where their giftings and passions shine. When we put into practice loving others well, and they put into practice loving others well, we see real change.

As the Volunteer Coordinator, I am blessed to work with an amazing team, St. John’s volunteers. We would not be the organization we are without our volunteers. Because of this, it is very important to me to support, encourage and love our volunteers well.

I am dedicated to being a voice for volunteer engagement in the Green Bay community through my own professional development and by being a resource to other volunteer managers. In 2023, I earned by CVA (Certified in Volunteer Administration) credential, a designation earned by fewer than 1,200 people globally. I also serve as the president of BAMVS (Bay Area Managers of Volunteer Services), a local association of volunteer managers.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy family time with my husband, three kids and our sweet but sassy Golden Retriever, Rogue. You may find me attempting to garden, [finally] learning to bake sourdough bread, or on the pickleball court.
