Where can I get my various needs met?

Case Management
Case Managers’ schedules vary. Each case manager spends time at the Micah Center, Wellspring and both shelters. Guests can make appointments by calling 920-436-9344 to ask for a case manager and to schedule an appointment.

Routine Medical Care/Medications
Outreach Healthcare (Healthcare for the Homeless) is located at 610 N. Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303.

Call ahead for appointments and availability at 920-437-7206.

Wednesdays from 8:30-11:30 am Outreach Staff are at the Micah Center.

Where can a guest get a bus pass?
Make an appointment with a St. John’s Ministries Case Manager to discuss options. Bus passes are given for confirmed doctor’s appointments, interviews or first days of employment.

Where can a guest get toiletries, clothing, other items?
Guests can make requests at the Micah Center, Wellspring, Men’s Shelter or Women’s Shelter.

Where can a guest get a bike?
Sometimes through case management from St. John’s Ministries or with a voucher from St. Vincent de Paul.

Where can a guest get breakfast?
Breakfast is served at St. John’s Ministries Men’s Shelter and Women’s Shelter each morning (November 1 to April 30) for guests who stayed the night prior.

Where can a guest get dinner?
Dinner is served every night during shelter season (November 1 to April 30), at St John’s Ministries Men’s Shelter and Women’s Shelter for guests and past guests who have gotten permission from their case manager.

Shower times are provided at St. John’s Ministries Men’s Shelter and Women’s Shelter for current guests.

Where can a guest do laundry?
St John’s Ministries Men’s Shelter and Women’s Shelter offers laundry bags to guests who are utilizing the stability rooms.

Laundry Love: Visit the Laundry Love website to find the next date. Arrive at the laundromat during the event time and sign in at the Laundry Love table. You will be given a number and a Laundry Love coordinator will direct you to a washing machine and get your washer started. We allow two loads per individual and five loads per family.
