At St. John’s Ministries, we are genuinely grateful for every one of our generous donors and every dollar you give. We want to ensure the most seamless and secure giving experience for you. Below you will find our gift policies on privacy, security, and refunds. Please review the information on this page for full disclosure of our policies before making your donation.
St. John’s Ministries respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited when making an online donation. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information are always safe with us. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information – including your credit card number, name, and address – so that it cannot be read over the internet. In addition, St. John’s Ministries does not collect or store credit card information. When you enter your credit card number, it goes directly to the processor’s site and is not available to St. John’s Ministries.
Because this is a gift site, refunds will not normally be made. However, if you believe there has been a credit card processing error (such as a double charge), or for any other questions, you can contact the St. John’s Ministries Community Engagement team and we will work on taking care of any issue you may have. Reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (Steve Schauer) or email@example.com (Tony Schneider) or call our office at 920-617-8700.
