Live dueling pianos, professional auctioneer to bring excitement to annual signature fundraising event
St. John’s Ministries’ annual signature fundraising event, the Restoring Hope Gala, will add excitement and entertainment this year with the announcement of live entertainment and a professional auctioneer.
This year’s musical entertainment will feature live dueling pianos provided by Howl2Go by Howl at the Moon. As well, Keith Jones, president of Sayre & Jones Auctioneers, will bring energy and professionalism to the evening’s live auction and Fund-A-Need paddle raise portions of the event.
“We are excited to have Howl2Go by Howl at the Moon and Sayre & Jones Auctioneers at this year’s Restoring Hope Gala,” said Steve Schauer, Director of Community Engagement. “We are making every effort to have the Gala be an event everyone in the community wants to attend. The energy and engagement will be second to none. We hope our supporters and those interested in St. John’s Ministries have a great experience and feel even more connected to our mission to help those experiencing homelessness or housing instability.”

Howl at the Moon will bring its world-famous dueling piano show to the Restoring Hope Gala on November 5 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center. Their musicians inspire people to dance, sing, and have the time of their lives. Their dueling pianists have the vast music collection of a DJ, along with the excitement that a live band brings to the stage. Howl2GO’s show is fueled by audience requests so that everyone will get a chance to dance to the music that moves them.

Jones, a professional auctioneer for over 30 years, has led Sayre & Jones to raise more than $300 million for clients nationwide. The results and glowing reviews he and his team have earned speak to his skills as a fundraising auctioneer and leader. In 1986, he founded Sayre & Jones, and since then he and his team have been perfecting the art of charity auctioneering for hundreds of clients. He says, “With the right team behind them, organizations can achieve a much higher level of donation and success.”
